**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a four-year degree in Communications, Marketing, or Construction Management required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Related Fields.
- Background in Construction Management and/or Business Development required.
- Excellent communications skills to include both verbal and written skills with both internal individuals and external Clients.
- Experience utilizing cloud based CRM systems. Cosential knowledge preferred.
- Ability to excel with mínimal guidance.
- Strong strategic planning skills.
**Duties**:
- Assess leads in conjunction with the Strategic Business Plan.
- Generate and track opportunities as a means of securing profitable work.
- Assist in the delivery of proposals for potential projects.
- Manage Client relationships through project completion to ensure Customer retention.
- Represent the Company at selected business organizations and conferences.
