- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and company wide compliance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles

**Skills**
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with month-end/year-end close process
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lead others
- BS degree in Accounting/Finance/related field, MBA preferred
- Experience in Property Management a huge plus in consideration for this position.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
