The Finance Director will be a key member of the management team responsible for overseeing all fiscal operations of these facilities.

The successful candidate will have a track record of financial planning and reporting, cash management, contract negotiations, and budgeting, and experience providing strong analytical insights to meet the corporation's short- and long-term initiatives. The Senior Director of Finance should have experience with auditing and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid payments, and working in a multi-state environment,

The Senior Director will report directly to the CFO and will be based in the corporate offices located in Lakewood, NJ. (must be in the office at least 3 days/week)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required;;
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of finance and accounting experience and at least 3 years in a management or senior role.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing accounts payable, receivable,and general accounting functions
  • Must have auditing experience
  • Ability to write policies and procedures and enforce internal controls
  • Must have strong technical and financial analytical skills along with demonstrative critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare Industry experience - Nursing Home experience is mandatory
  • Experience in financial reporting for multi-state environments
  • Experience in managing and mentoring, accounting teams (team of 6)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with Regional Administrators to resolve issues.
