**Responsibilities**:

- Personally strive to delight patients by creating a comfortable, caring, and convenient environment
- Ensure guests are greeted and telephones are answered in a timely and professional fashion
- Gain a financial commitment from the patient
- Ensure all accounts are properly credited when payment is received
- Coordinate fees and insurance benefits for patients visiting the practice
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented
- Provide information about the practice, such as location of offices, service provided, patient specials, etc.
- Utilize available financial options to assist patients in being able to move forward with needed treatment
- Ensures all financial obligations are communicated with patients and payment is collected when appropriate
