Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up for healthcare providers, adhering to their specific guidelines and preferences.
- Handle all patient admission and registration documentation, including collecting insurance details and inputting data into the electronic system.
- Prepare and print registration forms for each patient visit, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Initiate necessary paperwork for workers' compensation and other relevant programs.
- Conduct insurance pre-authorization for services as required.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a composed and professional demeanor in a dynamic environment while strictly following HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
Cross-Training and Additional Duties:
Be open to cross-training for various clerical roles within the clinic and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
