Territory Market Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research, including the analysis of competitor activities, to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth in the priority marketplace
- Develop and execute a brand sales/marketing/merchandising strategic plan to achieve the company's revenue targets and market share objectives
- Identify and prospect new accounts including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and related outlets to develop new business opportunities with customers, distributors, and retailers
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments, including sales calls and distributor meetings
- Plan, lead, and oversee meaningful and impactful consumer interaction that drives local market buzz, including sampling programs, experiential marketing activations, and press events
- Regularly attend selected events to oversee, assist, and evaluate the quality of the promotion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor and submit weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, promotional events, and other account activities
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy
- Report to internal stakeholders on topics including, but not limited to, brand performance, market trends, competitive activity, and special projects/events
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to Director of Sales

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to a wide variety of audiences
- Ensure all sales efforts comply with state law
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license in good standing with access to reliable transportation, with travel up to 30% or more
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings, as needed
- Must be at least 21 to apply
- Must pass all background checks
- Must reside in priority market

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
