**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Representative at All Dry, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and conveying the All Dry story. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in social settings, possesses strong communication skills, both face-to-face and online, and is driven by meeting sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand and communicate the unique advantages of All Dry to effectively inform potential clients about our brand.
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships by making daily marketing calls within your sales territory.
- Enhance brand recognition through participation in various marketing events such as industry associations, educational sessions, and more.
- Use marketing tools to log daily activities, manage leads, and monitor opportunities.
- Report on revenue trends and sales achievements within your designated area.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales goals to boost territory revenue.
**Position Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- At least two years of direct sales experience.
- A strong commitment to process and results.
- Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or the insurance sector is a plus.
**Skills, Physical Demands, and Competencies**:
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects routinely.
- Comfort working with or around cleaning products.
- Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with the law.
This role is designed for individuals who are goal-oriented and eager to make an impact in the business development landscape.
Pay: $102,500.00 - $165,000.00 per year
