**What You'll Do**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- **Drive Sales**: Develop and execute strategic plans to boost commercial vehicle sales within your territory.
- **Market Research**: Understand customer needs and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Lead Generation**: Build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- **Collaborate**: Work with the RVP and marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Demonstrate Products**: Conduct field-based product demonstrations and showcase our vehicles at customer locations.

**Relationship Management**:

- **Build Relationships**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, dealers, and industry influencers.
- **Customer Service**: Serve as the main point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- **Enhance Satisfaction**: Conduct regular meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Upsell**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

**Sales Performance and Reporting**:

- **Achieve Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Track Progress**: Use HubSpot CRM software to monitor sales activities and customer interactions.
- **Report**: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for sales management.
- **Stay Informed**: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven B2B territory sales experience, ideally within the commercial vehicle industry.
- **Drive**: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build a successful sales territory.
- **Knowledge**: Willingness to learn about commercial vehicles, market trends, and industry regulations.
- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- **Independence**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, MS Teams, and Zoom.
- **Travel**: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Physical Requirements**:

- **Desk Work**: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- **Lifting**: Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
