Job Summary:
Maintain a positive team attitude and willingness to learn new processes in order to best support Commercial Service Operations at Preferred Window and Door. This position is part of the Commercial Account Development Dept and reports directly to Director of CAD.

Supervisor: Kelsey Eenigenburg

Job Duties:

- Take calls from technicians that have diagnosed reported concerns, and obtain customer approval on calculated pricing prior to repair.
- Communicate status of repairs to the dispatch department
- Coordinate delivery of parts to the field as needed
- Process information submitted by technicians in a timely manner, preparing paperwork to return for final repairs as necessary.
- Write invoices for completed service calls.
- Update customers on status of repairs
- Complete tasks as assigned by Director of CAD

Position Qualifications:

- Must type 60 WPM. (Minimum).
- Must be comfortable with the use of all forms of office equipment.
- Must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be able to read and write English legibly and accurately.
- Must have the ability actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing.
- Must have neat appearance.
- Must have good eyesight or wear corrective lenses (glasses or contacts).
- Must have basic arithmetic skills to allow basic addition and subtraction.
- Must be able to pass a standard drug test.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
