We specialize in providing exceptional care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) through individualized treatment plans supervised by our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D and BCBAs).

Your Responsibilities

As an ABA Therapist or Behavior Technician, you will:

- Work in diverse settings, including schools, homes, and other locations, to implement established goals and follow treatment protocols.
- Organize and update program documentation, and diligently collect data on client behavior and skills.
- Maintain detailed log notes for each session and ensure timely data entry via computers, laptops, tablets, or phones.
- Attend team meetings to collaborate and learn from peers.

Qualifications We Seek
- High School diploma, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree (in psychology, education, social work, or a related field).
- Previous experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorders, in homes and the community.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various case locations.

We are looking for professionals who possess:

- Availability for daily and weekly schedules, ensuring reliability.
- Physical capability to perform job functions and other assigned duties.
- A clean background check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
