Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 24/25 school year near Kingston, PA. The role involves supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing behavior interventions and assistance to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students' needs and create individualized plans.
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on FBAs and students' unique needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and modeling for on-site teachers during moments of crisis.
  • Work directly with students to teach and reinforce positive behaviors and skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create consistent behavior strategies across all environments.
  • Monitor students' progress and collect data to guide decision-making and adjustments to interventions.

  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Previous experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong mitment to supporting students' success.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Full-time position for the 24/25 school year.
  • Elementary school hours: 8:05 am - 2:35 pm.
  • Middle school hours: 8:45 am - 3:15 pm.
  • High school hours: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm.
