Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Enter orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and computerized
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important information as needed
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, directing calls, and handling inquiries
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist in the creation of advertising assets
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and improvment of marketing campaigns
- Create and foster relationships with affliate partners and vendors

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or dental receptionist is a plus

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Chicago, IL 60608: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
