Tesio Health is an innovative health services provider dedicated to bringing comprehensive health solutions directly to communities. We specialize in organizing health fairs within apartment complexes, offering a range of health screenings, wellness education, and preventive services to improve community health outcomes.

About Tesio Health: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and book apartment complexes for Tesio Health's health fairs in specific target areas. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to public health while working in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential apartment complex venues in Greater Houston hosting health fairs
- Present and promote the benefits of hosting a Tesio Health health fair, focusing on preventive care, quantitative data, and proactive health management. By hosting our fairs, we can bring essential screening services directly to residents' places of residence, eliminating the need for them to travel or schedule appointments with their primary care physicians.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Tesio Health team to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively booking health fairs ($500 commission per booked fair).
- Provide feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
- Retain and expand existing accounts by promoting the utilization of Tesio's full range of lab test offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or senior care industry.
- A deep passion for healthcare and senior wellness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of lab testing and healthcare services is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
