This is a full-time, door-to-door, outside sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

Sales Focus Inc., the sales outsourcing pioneer, is looking to hire motivated Full-time Sales Consultants on behalf of our client Slick Blinds LLC. SFI pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in the United States in 1998. We have 25 years of experience working within a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance for our clients. 

 
About Slick Blinds LLC 
Slick Blinds is a leading supplier of all kinds of window and door dressings which include blinds, shutters, verticals, shades, and curtains. Our unbeatable customer experience coupled with a variety of sleek and elegant designs has made us the number one choice over the years.  

 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct in-home design consultations to educate customers on the best window-covering options for their homes. 

  • Build trust and credibility with customers to successfully close sales. 

  • Submit customer orders and ensure their satisfaction. 

  • Uphold Core Values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Superior Client Experience, and Passion to delight our customers.

Qualifications 

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 

  • Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. 

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and to ask for clarification when needed. 

  • Positive and productive communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Motivated, ambitious, & relentless to get results. 

Work Schedule 

  • Full-time – 8 hours a day 

  • Monday to Friday with weekend work available 

  • Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
