Work Schedule:_**
9AM - 3PM, Monday to Friday, 25 hours/week.
**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Oversee daily activities of test engineers to ensure tests being performed conforms to global standards and certification requirements.
- Create work instructions and validation methods for tests being performed.
- Observe employees to ensure they follow internal quality processes and procedures.
- Review EMC test reports to ensure accuracy.
**Qualifications**
- In depth knowledge of testing and certification requirements for unintentional and intentional radiators.
- Experience as a TCB reviewer for all categories.
- Interpret test requirements from standards.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
**_ Basic Minimum Requirements:_**
- MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Field.
- Minimum 10 years experience providing technical guidance in an EMC lab.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
