**What we offer**:

- ** Compensation range of $42,000 - $44,000**:

- Monthly cell phone stipend

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the first point of contact for any callers, clients or visitors.
- Assist community manager and the community board of directors with the day-to-day community management operations.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, legal teams, etc.
- Be the liaison between the community owners, board of directors and community manager.
- Maintain logs (copies, postage, etc.).
- Attend occasional staff meetings in the main office in Naperville.

**What you’ll need**:

- Ability to work 20 hours per week onsite in Lockport, IL. (as well as 20 hours from home).
- Experience in the Community Management field is preferred.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
- Experience with Vantaca software (preferred, not required).
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to plan ahead and consistently multitask.
