The Roofing Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing leads through outbound door-to-door sales. We are seeking an individual who is service-oriented and looking to take control of their success.

This position is a 1099-Sales position with a 100% commission pay scale. You have the ability to take ownership of income and earn uncapped payouts.

**On Target Earnings: $200,000+**

We value honesty and integrity, and expect our Account Representatives to represent our company with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who is able to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances, and who is comfortable working independently to achieve results.

**Job Description**:

- Engage with potential clients and build a sales pipeline through outbound sales methods (door-to-door)
- Perform storm damage inspections to identify client fit
- Manage pipeline of customers through the client journey
- Help clients understand the insurance claim process

Required Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- 1+ years of related roofing sales experience
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and doing roof inspections (will be trained on proper safety and techniques)

Work Benefits:
