Job Brief:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Data Entry: Transfer data from paper documents to the CRM system accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date client and claim information.
- Contract Qualification: Review and qualify contracts, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate, and that they meet the company’s standards.
- Claims Handling: Call in claims to respective insurance companies, follow up on the status of existing claims, and ensure timely processing.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for adjusters, optimising their schedules for efficiency.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and other databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Phone Management: Answer and route phone calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues when possible, while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Client Updates: Keep clients informed of the status of their claims and any other relevant updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Insurance Follow-Up: Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims, advocating on behalf of clients.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports and documentation for adjusters and clients, ensuring all necessary information is included.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.**
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and another language is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.**
- Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to handle 50 to 80 calls per day and resolve customer issues professionally.**
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance industry and experience in public adjusting is a plus.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Working Conditions:
- Location: This position is based at our Willowbrook, IL office.
- Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but can vary from 7-9am and 3-5 pm respectively.
- Environment: Professional office environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
