**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic **Property Administrator **to join the team at our successful residential property management company. This role is responsible for a 2-community portfolio assisting in various aspects of their assigned communities. Condo management and/or vendor management experience preferred. We offer training and an outstanding career track. Must be detail oriented, able to work as a team player and able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Base Entry, Vantaca and/or other similar computer programs. Be knowledgeable in terminology relative to community associations. You must be depended upon arrive to work on a timely basis at all times. This is an in-person role, Mondays to Fridays.
