- Handle Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new parts.
- Revalidate existing parts for current/active customers.
- Conduct internal reviews for accuracy.
- Manage International Material Data System (IMDS) submissions for new customers or products.
- Prepare traveler packets for parts and processes.
- Maintain and improve calibration processes.
- Manage gage check in/out procedures.
- Review, update, and create documentation as needed within a 24-month window.
- Plan and conduct internal audits starting in May.
- Perform supplier audits.
- Complete auditor training
- Lead yearly ISO/IATF audits and customer audits/visits.
- Supervise quality inspectors.
- Address all employee quality-related specifics as needed.
- Manage daily work schedules and weekend coverage.
- Understand internal process flow and operations.
- Communicate with customers regarding complaints.
- Implement corrective actions using methods such as 8D’s, 5 Whys, and quarantine procedures.
- Handle USMCA, PFAS, and other disclosure certifications for products.
- Investigate internal processes or other quality-related issues.
- Address risk-related processes and factors.
- Identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
- Maintain the customer-specific requirements matrix.
- Ensure lab equipment upkeep.
- Notify management of any issues/needs.
- Inform maintenance or automation of issues.
- Log initial tool and die entries.
- Enter night shift production quantities into Google Sheets.
- Manage production non-conformance and quarantine processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Drive, and Forms.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO and IATF standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed quality decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including methods like 8D’s and 5 Whys.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Experience managing and training employees.
- Ability to manage work schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Flexibility in daily schedule; coverage required from 6 am to 4 pm, shared with the quality inspection team.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
