This role ensures the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while providing on-the-job training to new account managers on telecommunications services and sales techniques. By exceeding team members' expectations and demonstrating effective communication and teamwork, the Manager plays a vital role in maintaining company standards and achieving sales goals.
Education and Experience:
- College degree or related working experience in management, outside sales, and the telecommunications industry.
- 5 or more years of outside, B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of top 5 ranked sales rep in previous roles
- Must have telecommunications experience
Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
