**Support Staff Fitness Specialist**

**What would your work schedule look like?**
- Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
- Hours of operation between 6:00am - 8:00pm
- Shift timing and frequency allows for freedom to pair this position around other responsibilities and schedule requirements.
- You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships

**You qualify for this exciting opportunity with**:

- Bachelors Degree not required
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, **in-person skills component required**:

- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or AFAA certification preferred
- Group exercise experience

**Here is the good stuff**:

- $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Personal training potential
- Group Exercise Instruction/Substitution Potential

**What would be your responsibilities?**
- Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
- Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
- Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
- Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
- Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
- Support CFW Culture and initiatives

**What skills are required?**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization skills required
- Good working knowledge of computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Personable; positive attitude
- Ability to instruct multiple group exercise formats
