The ideal candidate will be adept at presenting findings and building business cases, and will have experience with tools such as Power BI, ADO, and Excel.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role, you will conduct deep data analysis to determine investment categories for our client’s portfolio and assist in building compelling business cases. You will report directly to our client’s Head of Agile Portfolio Management Office (APMO), serving as their Chief of Staff to demonstrate the importance and the impact of Agile methodologies for their organization. You will also be responsible for creating reports and dashboards to communicate insights and drive decision-making to ensure that the organization’s portfolio is managed in a way that maximizes value, minimizes waste, and supports strategic goals.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong skills in data analysis
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with ADO and Excel


NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience with Power BI


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conduct deep data analysis to identify investment categories for the portfolio
  • Assist in building business cases to support investment decisions
  • Create reports and dashboards in a clear and actionable format to communicate insights and drive decision-making and strategic planning
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the portfolio and individual projects
  • Identifies trends and patterns in portfolio performance data to support decision-making
  • Uses performance data to drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices
  • Helps establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure projects are managed effectively and align with Lean principles
  • Ensures that portfolio initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy and deliver maximum value
  • Prioritize projects based on their value contribution, cost, and strategic fit
  • Applies Lean methodologies to enhance the efficiency of portfolio management processes, reducing waste and improving flow, and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Utilize tools such as ADO, Excel, and Power BI to perform analyses and create visualizations
