IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for an Open Source Platform Support Specialist to support a federal law enforcement client's Open Source Intelligence Program focused on detecting threats to specific people, locations, and events. The ability of the program to effectively identify threats relies on maintaining access to a variety of open source resources and platforms. As the Online Persona Development Specialist, you would obtain, maintain, and track access to open source resources and platforms that are instrumental to achieving the program's mission. You would support the continuous improvement of open source intelligence tradecraft to ensure access to critical open source resources are maintained. As time is available, you would also support the program's Research & Development team, which evaluates technologies to improve the government's ability to identify threats in publicly available information for use in protective and investigative operations.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Work with program management and leadership to determine the type and quantity of access needed for open source resources and platforms
  • Obtain and maintain access to open source resources and platforms
  • Provide access to open source resources and platforms to program personnel. Train program personnel how to appropriately access open source resources and platforms. This includes providing direct training and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation on the status of all accesses to open source resources and platforms
  • Determine the causes behind any lost accesses to open source resources and platforms. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate recurrence of lost accesses.
  • As time is available, assist in the review of new and emerging tools and technology for the monitoring and analysis of open source information, as selected by the Research & Development team.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience with no degree.
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining access to open source resources and platforms
  • Knowledge of open source intelligence techniques and methodologies
  • Knowledge of social media and other open source resources and platforms
  • Understands basic network concepts, such as IP addresses, VPNs, digital footprints, etc.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in database management, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or other US government or commercial databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating and maintaining access to open source resources and platforms for a significant number of users
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications a plus but not required.
