- As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Millennium Toyota, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the car-buying process with expert knowledge and genuine enthusiasm. From showcasing the latest Toyota models to assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicles for their needs, you'll provide exceptional customer service every step of the way._
- Your role will involve building strong relationships, conducting test drives, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final purchase with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering top-notch service, you'll play a key role in helping customers drive away happy in their dream Toyota._

**Compensation**:
Training pay for 6 weeks. Commissions on front and back end. Salary based on performance. Aggressive bonus structure. Total compensation from $40,200 - $175,000

**Responsibilities**
- Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
- Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
- Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Helps educate/train new staff members
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience a plus (any industry)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
- Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
- Must be a "people person" but still know how to guide the conversation
- Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
- Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Basic computer and internet skills
