MUST HAVES
- **EXISTING SALES TEAM OF 3. MUST BRING A STRONG SALES TEAM**
- Must be able to manage Finance and Sales Team.
- The ability to close every customer that's close-able.
- The ability to see a deal where others don't, resulting in delivered units.
- The proactive desire, willingness and understanding to get involved in a deal prior to it being delivered to the box.
- Willingness and ability to help close deals on the sales floor.
- 5 years of "NON-SHINGLE INDEPENDENT USED CAR DEALER" experience.
- 5 years of "USED CAR" Finance Manager experience including SUBPRIME.
- A keen understanding of current bank programs to promote efficiency and optimal approvals.
- Strong existing relationships with the banks.
- **CLEAN PAPERWORK**
- **FAST FUNDING**
- Sales management experience is a must
- Top notch closing skills is a must
- **SPANISH SPEAKING IS A MUST**
- Inventory acquisition is a huge plus.

THIS IS A LAST STOP POSITION WITH HUGE UPSIDE POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH AND COMPENSATION WITH A FAST GROWING COMPANY. YOU WILL BE A PARTNER IN PROFITS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF YOUR TEAM

Pay: $15,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Extended hours
- Monday to Friday
