**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant / Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This salaried position involves a combination of administrative duties and digital content creation. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating online courses as we expand our educational offerings nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Assistant**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist them as they enter the driving school; manage check-ins and schedule driving lessons.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with driving instructors to ensure smooth operation of driving lessons and schedules.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and seek referrals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist management with operational tasks and oversee the work of employees.

**Digital Content Specialist**:

- Develop and create online courses for our expanding educational platform.
- Collaborate with the team to design engaging and effective digital content.
- Ensure all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with company standards.
- Utilize various digital tools and platforms to create and manage content.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital content, making improvements as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and online scheduling software.
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Pleasant personality and ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
