**Key Responsibilities**:
**Processing Daily Customer Invoices**:

- Add appropriate shipping amounts to delivered orders.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices for all delivered orders.
- Monitor direct ship orders, reconciling order cost and supplier invoices, and processing customer invoices promptly.
- Communicate cost discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Process customer returns and credits efficiently.

**Processing Accounts Payable Invoices**:

- Enter vendor and supplier invoices accurately into our ERP system, following proper approvals and internal control processes.
- File AP invoices and checks for vendors and suppliers.

**Other Accounting Duties**:

- Reconcile various accounts and update monthly reconciliation sheets.
- Maintain spreadsheets for tracking and financial reporting purposes.
- Assist with month/year-end closing procedures.
- Support year-end audits, including completion of reconciliations and work-papers.
- Process outbound mail daily.
- Scan PODs into the system and retrieve them as requested.
- Undertake additional duties/projects as defined by management.

**Education**:

- Associate degree in accounting preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Invoicing/billing experience preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while processing large amounts of data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
