Weekend Direct Support Professional

Regency Home Health, LLC is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in their daily lives in a group home setting.

**Hours are 7a-3p or 3p-11p on Saturdays and Sundays.**

**Duties**:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support plans
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities and community outings
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all individuals
- Document individual progress and any incidents that occur

**Skills**:

- Experience in caregiving or working with people with developmental disabilities or autism
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Knowledge of patient care techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with diverse needs
- Familiarity with group home care systems and providing support in a group home setting
- Valid driver's license for assisting transporting individuals to appointments or activities
