Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position based in
**Duties**:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as affirmative action planning and training development
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Manage social media accounts for HR initiatives and employer branding
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other HRIS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA and OSHA requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
