**Position Overview**: CDS is looking to bring on board a Client Support Specialist as part of our Client Support and Administrative team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be one of the focal points for our customer when they need assistance with supplies and service. Internally, you will work with our Service, Inventory, and Sales teams to provide administrative support throughout the life cycle of the customer. Assists Client Support team with any other related administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
Daily, the Client Support Specialist is tasked with ensuring administrative company operations are running and functioning properly.
- General office duties such as ordering/maintaining kitchen/office supplies.
- Customer support to include answering the phone, processing service calls and supply orders, as well as assisting in billing questions.
**Education/Experience**:
- Experience within the Office Technology, Business Services, or Auto Dealership verticals (preferred)
- Administrative Position: 1 year (preferred)
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- A self-motivator with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills, you will be working with various departments and will need to coordinate accordingly
- Comfortability with talking
- Familiarity with Software/Toolsets: Microsoft Office (Primarily Word/Excel/Outlook), CRMs, _E-Automate a plus_
**Hours, Pay, and Location**:
Full time position in Frederick, Maryland with salary dependent upon experience (Targeting 45K Annually).
