**What You’ll Do**
- Assists Welcome center visitors with inquiries
- Advises travelers of the program special features, toll rate calculations, and account maintenance efficiencies
- Activates transponders, creates new accounts, updates and adds funds to prepaid accounts using appropriate account access tools
- Combines product knowledge, good work ethic, effective time management and human relation skills to meet performance standards
- Prepares activity reports and provides feedback to assist with program improvements.
- Provides efficient and effective service to customers by using the appropriate course of action to meet or exceed their requests
- Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures
- Ability to create positive customer relationships by defusing angry and upset customers
- Additional duties as assigned
**What You'll Need**
Required:
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, data entry, and PC skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to follow through on commitments
- Ability to maintain composure working face to face with customers
- Strong time management and organizational skills
**Physical Demands**
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
