We are currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant** who can assist with our various marketing initiatives.
- MAs must have worked for at least 5 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- **Must be Excellent on the Phone but ”Not Salesy” but very professional & articulate, gentle & accommodating**:

- **Hard-working, Most Honest & Transparent, Understanding, Accommodating, Willing to Go the Extra Miles, Reasonable & Attention to Details, and Most Importantly Strong Teamwork Skills**:

- Willing to work with a “Goal-oriented mindset”
- **Must Be Able to Come Into the Office as needed**:

- **Must Live very close to Chrysler Building (Manhattan) or Can Commute in 15 Minutes to 20 Minutes**:

- Must be highly experienced in various Administrative Works
- Should be Proficient with WordPress ("Editing Websites")
- To be able to speak confidently and directly with CEOs on behalf of our Partners & Senior Advisors
- Must have experienced in "Google Search" and other Research Skills and minds ("With Accuracy & Speed, Efficiency & Tenacity to Get the Job Done")
- **A Professional who "checks in" with others as they are making progress on their projects**:

- Must be a "Team-Player"
- A Positive Attitude, Teamwork, Reliability, Accuracy, Attention-to-Details, Honesty & Transparency will be required
- A Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college in Communications, Journalism, Economics, Political Science or English will be required to apply
