**Responsibilities**:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with talent acquisition team to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to post open positions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and attend college recruiting events, career fairs, and campus visits to attract top talent from dental programs and schools.
- Create synergies between sourcing, college recruiting, and branding initiatives to maximize the impact of our recruitment efforts and position our organization as an employer of choice.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop and create compelling content and materials that showcase our organization's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting dental or healthcare professionals required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Previous experience using ICIMS preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in the dental industry.
