About the Role

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and job boards, to effectively target and engage prospective nurse members.
  • Create compelling brand campaigns, compelling storytelling, and targeted outreach initiatives to enhance our reputation as the leading platform for nursing professionals.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, utilizing advanced analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, derive actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies to meet growth and engagement targets while maximizing marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process and to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing practices to continually innovate and improve our growth marketing tactics and strategies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
