Overview:
**New Customer Specialist**
**Location**:Chesterbrook, PA
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of all existing products and those we may add to our product suite.
- Proficiently and professionally handle calls with a mastered ability to identify potential products.
- Remain adaptable to all potential customer service situations, responses, inquiries, etc. and seek management advice or peer support as needed.
- Follow up with assigned customers and related third parties to help drive conversion of JGW Marketplace leads (e.g. Pre-Settlement)
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information and/or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree OR relevant work experience required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Detail oriented
- Work cooperatively with other members of the team
