- Lancaster's Furniture To Go is a small business retail store located in Lancaster, Pa, hiring a part-time, on-site Human Resources and Bookkeeping Manager. This position reports to the President, and the responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**
- Human Resources, Bookkeeping, and Marketing Support.
- On-boarding new employees
- Managing and understanding employee benefits (IRA, Health/Eye/Dental Insurance)
- Managing confidential/privileged employee and company information
- Cash handling, monthly account reconciliations, deposits
- Weekly payroll and time tracking
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Online Shop accounting and payments
- Monthly Sales Tax submissions/payments
- End of Month reports/End of Year Tax Prep
- Administrative support to President/CEO
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Gusto Payroll and Homebase Time Tracking
- Experience working in Human Resources & Bookkeeping/Accounting degree (will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience)
- Positive, proactive, dependable, and self-aware with strong ethics and integrity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
