Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing fielding phone calls for multiple office locations, greeting clients, administrative support, ordering supplies, coordinating office events, opening and closing the office, day-to-day office organization and clean-up, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Duties:
(included but not limited to the following)
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Processes customer payments.
- Responsible for mail sorting, distribution, and maintaining postage.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information in agency management system.
- Contributes to team effort by completing tasks as needed.
- Assist management on an as needed basis.
- Responsible for coordinating company events, sponsorships, etc., including planning of, setting up at event, clean up with assistance of other employees at the direction of Management.

**Experience**:

- Ability to type an average of 50 words per minute.
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries is a plus
