**BASIC** FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY**:Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services. Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.
**ENTRY
**QUALIFICATIONS**:High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
**KNOWLEDGE,** **SKILLS** **& ABILITIES**:
- Knowledge of acceptable telephone
- Skill in operating standard computer and software

- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone

**Support of Administrative, Fiscal and/or Facilities Functions**:
- Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correct
- Update the announcement memo for the main telephone
- Provide general information and assistance to all callers and visitors in a friendly and professional Act as liaison between the campus and its customers.
- Greet and verify identification of visitors, answer walk-in inquiries and refer visitors to appropriate office or
