We're on the hunt for a versatile Medical Office Receptionist with a special set of skills. Alongside the usual reception tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward through impactful medical sales calls. - **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Be the welcoming voice and face that greets our valued patients and visitors.
- Manage appointments, confirmations, supporting role to the Medical Office Supervisor, customer service, communication between patients, providers, vendors, etc and rescheduling with precision.
- Handle administrative duties like data entry, patient records, knowledgeable with Electronic Medical Records and online financial systems, and more.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Relevant education and/or experience in administrative roles, preferably within a private medical practice setting or spa setting.
- Stellar communication skills and an empathetic approach on the phones and virtual meetings.
- Ability to be single task focused and yet handle completing various responsibilities with dedication and efficiency.
- Previous experience in medical or membership sales and phone enrollments is a significant plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-24.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 20-25 per week
