We are looking for a medical assistant with a passion for the aesthetic industry to manage our front desk. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and a representation of our company values.

You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the clinic. You will coordinate front-desk activities, which include all the tasks for the day and week. We are looking for a receptionist with a pleasant personality and someone that is a team player. Ultimately, a receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keep the schedule updated accurately
- Scribing for the physician
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or customers that require attention
- Oversee social media accounts
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing

**Skills**:

- Required: MINIMUM 1 year experience as a medical assistant, work experience as a receptionist or appointment scheduling, front office representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computer, phones and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage stress
- Pleasant customer service attitude
- Bilingual is a plus
- High school degree required; additional college courses/Associates preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
