Congregational Home is hiring for Full-Time Dietary Aide/Weekend Supervisor.

**Job Responsibilities (week day)**:

- Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by preparing dining rooms, taking orders, and serving meals to residents.
- Assist in the preparation of meals and special events as needed.
- Clean dishes and equipment, maintaining a clean kitchen workspace by adhering to cleaning schedules and infection control procedures.
- Assist with other essential kitchen functions, as directed by department leadership and/or Chefs.

**Supervisor Responsibilities (on the weekends)**: Ensure quality service and outstanding food preparation provided to our residents. Will supervise the staff cooks and food service aides. Must have knowledge of Federal and State food service regulations. Must have Serve Safe certification and experience in Long-Term Care/ Health Care setting. On the weekdays, will perform regular dietary aide duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Great customer service with a passion for serving seniors
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in food preparation in a health care setting
- Must be available to work rotating weekends and some holidays

Congregational Home is a non-for-profit facility and is proud to have earned Medicare's highest 5-Star Rating for all categories: Overall Performance, Quality Care, Nursing Staff Levels & Health Inspection, as well as a deficiency-free Annual State Inspection Survey for both Health & Environment from the State of Wisconsin.

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm Full time position, which includes every other weekend.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
