Key Responsibilities

The Culinary Operations Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen management, ensuring the quality, presentation, and timing of food meet our high standards. This role requires the ability to train and schedule staff while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

  • Manage food and labor costs effectively on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Uphold Whirly Brookfield standards for food preparation and handling as outlined in our recipe and plating guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
  • Maintain rigorous safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Oversee the ordering of food and beverage supplies.
