Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cleaning schedules and protocols for different areas of the facility.
  • Train, supervise, and inspire cleaning personnel to ensure consistent high-quality performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility to uphold cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring availability and timely restocking as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing member and guest inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve cleaning-related issues and ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated areas and storage for equipment.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in cleaning or hospitality, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, with an emphasis on sanitation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning (preferred).
  • CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
