Dietary Aide

Congregational Home is hiring for a Full-time 1st or 2nd shift Dietary Aide position

*1st Shift; 7am-3pm and 2nd Shift; 11am-7pm *

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by preparing dining rooms, taking orders, and serving meals to residents
* Assist in the preparation of meals and special events as needed
* Clean dishes and equipment, maintaining a clean kitchen workspace by adhering to cleaning schedules and infection control procedures
* Assist with other essential kitchen functions, as directed by department leadership and/or Chefs

Qualifications:
* Great customer service with a passion for serving seniors
* Strong communication skills
* Previous experience in food preparation in a health care setting is preferred, but willing to train
* Must be available to work rotating weekends and some holidays
