**Schedule**:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

**SUMMARY**:Works in accordance with established policies and procedures of Friendship Village and/or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. Coordinates all necessary clerical functions of the Marketing Office.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum one year secretarial and/or receptionist experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Have knowledge of, and special sensitivity to the needs of the aging.
- Skill in use of computer software including MS Office and SalesForce.
