**The Role & You**

Latino Media Network is seeking a seasoned multimedia executive and business developer who is also savvy with Social media and digital to identify, develop and cultivate qualified new business clients.

This role is a great opportunity for an Account Executive who is looking to develop and grow within a rapidly scaling start-up environment. In this role, you will be responsible for radio / digital business development through prospecting, cold calling, networking, the use of co-op, and vendor development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect/generate business development, and qualify leads generated by support functions
- Will expand and grow an existing account list
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Ability to thrive in autonomous working environment with mínimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace
- Contact and present to clients and agencies, negotiate contracts and monitor collections
- Decide on presentation storyline, positioning, and selling LMN integrated value proposition
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets and revenue goals
- Attend promotional events and other client networking events
- Work in partnership with support team on pre-sale processes; prepare drafts of presentations and proposals
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Other duties as deemed necessary

**You Have These**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of media / radio ad sales experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must be highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Must have excellent client relations skills
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be able to drive and have a valid FL driver’s license with a good driving record

**We’d Love If You Also Have These**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms
- Previous advertising/media experience
- Knowledge of Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan and Wide Orbit

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work from office in Miami, FL
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

An employee’s pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
