Description:
This position is located in the Seacoast of ME/NH and provides ongoing support to divisional manager(s) and crews. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of tactical administrative activities, such as, client service scheduling, designated office phone support, accurately entering customer leads and inquiries through CRM software, data review, contract proposal support, and administration of specific projects. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting other branch administrators and departments as needed, as well as other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a collaborative, confident, flexible and can-do attitude.
- Must have superior organizational skills, attention to detail, remain flexible and enjoy the administrative challenge of supporting multiple people/divisions.
- Ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Computer and math skills necessary; experience in Microsoft Office and software programs are required.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask.
