This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with administrative scheduling experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain schedules for security personnel based on client requirements and operational needs.
- Process payroll corrections accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and track time-off requests, balancing employee needs with operational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with security personnel regarding their schedules, payroll corrections, and time-off requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management and team members to implement scheduling improvements and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, payroll corrections, and time-off requests using appropriate software or databases.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the operations team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative scheduling and payroll processing is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with clients and employees.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the security industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
