We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional guest service. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.

**Duties**:

- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the front desk
- Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

**Qualifications**:

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
